On Saturday, December 1st at 8:00 PM, the Orchestra of St. Peter by the Sea, led by accomplished conductor, Father Alphonse Stephenson, will be bringing holiday spirit and cheer once again to the Union County Performing Arts Center. This performance will be early on in the Orchestra's December tour of New Jersey, and it has become a yearly must-see show for dedicated fans at the center.

The Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association will present its 2015 season finale concert by the Orchestra of St. Peter by the Sea, conducted by Father Alphonse Stephenson, on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at the Great Auditorium.  Showtime is 8 pm.  Tickets are $25 reserved, $20 general admission.  Order online at www.oceangrove.org or call 800-590-4064.  The Great Auditorium is located at Pilgrim and Ocean Pathways in Ocean Grove, NJ.  All facilities are handicapped-accessible.

2012 TDF/Irene Sharaff Awardees Announced


Two-time Tony Award nominated costume designer Carrie Robbins, and scenic, lighting, costume designer and educator Lloyd Burlingame are among the 2012 TDF/Irene Sharaff Awards recipients. The awards will be presented at a ceremony on Friday, May 4, at 6:30pm, at the Hudson Theatre (145 West 44th Street). Ms. Robbins was selected to receive the 2012 TDF/Irene Sharaff Lifetime Achievement Award for costume design, and Mr. Burlingame will receive the Robert L.B. Tobin Award for Sustained Excellence in Theatrical Design.

Manahan Renews Contract as Music Director of NYC Opera


New York City Opera General Manager-Designate Gerard Mortier is very pleased to announce that Maestro George Manahan has renewed his contract as Music Director of the New York City Opera through 2012.
