Based on the Ingmar Bergman film 'Smiles on a Summer Night,' the five-time Tony winning musical features an elaborate score of waltzes, including the Grammy-winning 'Send in the Clowns.' Night Music features the most iconic traits of Sondheim's repertoire, boasting a complex score riddled with hilarious wit. A delicate dream of a musical, the sentimental comedy follows a trio of mismatched lovers as they twist, turn, and tumble toward their true love. While the material is sure to impress, make no mistake that the lavish costumes and luxurious set will invite Gallery's audiences for a taste of 'The Glamorous Life.'

The Mario Lanza Society of New York will hold another of its gala luncheons saluting the late tenor today, September 15, 2012 at 1 P.M. at Patsy's Restaurant (236 West 56th Street). Among those paying tribute to Lanza's career will be legendary soprano Elaine Malbin and featured performers soprano Emily Stokes, tenor Michael Padgett, and accompanist David Schaefer. The musical program will also include recorded selections from the illustrious careers of Mr. Lanza and Ms. Malbin.

Internationally renowned Meistersinger Caranza and soprano Emily Stokes will be the headliners this coming Tuesday, June 12, at 8 PM in the Enrico Caruso Room at Little Italy's legendary Grotta Azzurra Ristorante, located at 177 Mulberry Street on the corner of Broome Street. Ms. Stokes, who is the winner of the Teaneck Cabaret Competition this past Memorial Day, is replacing the previously scheduled soprano Michelle Trovato, who had to drop out because of illness.
