The Off-Broadway League and United Scenic Artists, Local USA 829, IATSE have announced that they have negotiated an inaugural contract for the first ever Agreement for Off-Broadway Designers. The historic deal was reachedamicably, after negotiations concluded early morning on Saturday, March 4th (ironically on the birthday of the Off-Broadway League which was founded on March 4, 1959). Upon ratification, the three yearagreement memorializing standard practice in the industry will go into effect July 2017.
