Multi-award-winning and critically acclaimed stand-up comedian, Rob Delaney, best known as the co-star and co-writer of the globally successful Catastrophe, is set to host the brand-new series of Comedy Central UK's established stand-up showcase, Stand Up Central. The eight-part series, produced by Avalon, will air on Comedy Central UK from 10th October at 10pm.
As well as individual acts, the Canterbury venue's Marlowe Theatre will host the popular Live At The Marlowe, while The Marlowe Studio has sneak previews of eight Edinburgh Fringe comedy acts.

The Off-Broadway League has announced that Terry Byrne was elected as the new President of The Off-Broadway League. Byrne is the first female president in the nearly 60 year history of the League. The organization also announced three new additions to the Board, including Dean Carpenter, Steven Chaikelson and Casey York.
