The Gallery Theater of West Chicago will hold auditions for
TUESDAYS WITH MORRIE
This play is based on the true story of a dying man who meets every Tuesday with a young man he taught in college.
Morrie understands that life’s complexities can be broken down into simple truths. This play is filled with wisdom and humor. Morrie handles this stage of his life with a combination of bravery, compassion and just a little crankiness.
The play runs February 17-26
THERE IS NO PAY
Auditions will be held Sunday, December 18 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. and Monday, December 19 from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. and will consist of cold readings from the script.
Callbacks, if needed, will be on Wednesday, December 21st.
Appointment times are available, but walk-ins are always welcome.
Auditions will be held at Gallery Theater, 203 Turner Court, West Chicago.
Rehearsals will begin first week of January, TBD by cast availability.
CAST: 2 men -- THE ROLE OF MORRIE HAS ALREADY BEEN CAST
We will audition for the part of Mitch Albom, a man in his mid- late 30s. DOES NOT NEED TO PLAY PIANO.
