Bellevue Little Theatre, 203 W. Mission (Bellevue) will hold auditions for the spring musical "Sugar--The 'Some Like It Hot' Musical'" on Sunday Feb. 3 at 5 pm and Monday Feb. 4 at 6:30 pm. A large cast of actors, singers, and dancers (including tap dancers) is needed for this production which will run week-ends from April 12 to April 28. Those auditioning are asked to bring a prepared song and to be ready to dance. An accompanist will be provided.
Bridget Robbins is directing, and Bette Swanson, producing. Ric Swanson, with Kim Hansen, will serve as musical director, and Kerri Richardson will be choreographer. For information call

"Sugar" is the musical comedy about two unemployed musicians who witness the St. Valentine's Day Massacre. To escape the mob, the guys disguise themselves as women and join an all-female band about to leave town for a Miami beach engagement.
