TOTEM POLE PLAYHOUSE TO HOLD AUDITIONS ON SEPTEMBER 27th and 28th FOR UPCOMING PRODUCTION OF A CHRISTMAS CAROL.
Totem Pole Playhouse, in association with the Chambersburg Community Theatre, will hold local auditions at Totem Pole Playhouse, 9555 Golf Course Road, Fayetteville, PA on Saturday, September 27th and Sunday, September 28th for their upcoming production of A Christmas Carol.
Children ages 8 to 15 years old will be seen on Saturday from 11am to 1pm and on Sunday from 1 to 3pm. Teens and adults will be seen on Saturday from 2 to 4 pm and on Sunday from 3 to 5pm. All ages are needed. Callbacks will be held 6 to 8 pm Sunday evening.
Those interested in auditioning can sign-up beginning thirty-minutes prior to each audition session and must present a current photo and a typed resume listing any previous experience. Actor’s Equity Association members will be given priority throughout the audition process and are not required to sign-up but must present a current membership card. Audition sides will be available on the Totem Pole Playhouse website (
www.totempoleplayhouse.org) beginning Thursday, September 25th and at the auditions.
A Christmas Carol will be produced at the Historic Capitol Theatre, 159 S. Main Street, Chambersburg, PA. Performances are set for Dec. 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, and 20 at 7:30 pm and December 13, 14, 20, and 21 at 2:30 pm; as well as, one weekday morning school matinee. Those who are cast must be available for all 11 performances; a stipend will be paid to non-union actors for performances.
