Patsy Cline
30s; Dynamic and passionate actress that can embody Patsy Cline in voice and spirit. Ability is mimic her unique vocal sound is imperative.

Louise Segar
40s; Strong storyteller and comedic actress with a big heart. Must be able to 'hold the stage' and comfortable interacting with the audience

Cervantes/Don Quixote
Man (40-50) Strong actor. Lyric baritone. Big song “The Impossible Dream” (The Quest)

Aldonza
Woman (Late 20's to late 30's) MUST posses a unique voice. Has to have a belt that can negotiate the break and must also have a legit top. Earthy, provocative and seductive. Must be able to move well.

Sancho
Man (Late 30's to early 50's) Comedic character actor with a good tenor voice.

Governor/Innkeeper
Man (40 to 60) Rich bass/low baritone voice. He's the boss! Has to have a commanding presence. The taller the better!

Duke/Carrasco
Man (Early 30's to early 40's) Baritone. Strong actor. Classical in nature. He's elite, patrician... a nobleman. Antagonist.

Padre
Man (Early 30's to mid 40's) MUST posses a classic lyric tenor voice and excellent comedic skills.

Antonia
Woman (Mid 20's to mid 30's) Legit soprano. A little pompous. The “old man's” niece.

Housekeeper
Woman (50's to 60's) Contralto to low mezzo. Must play grumpy, sour and somewhat scary.

Barber
Man (Late 20's to Early 60's) Tenor with incredible subtle comedic talents. Has one turn in the show but will double as ensemble.

Captain of the Inquisition
Man (Mid 30's to Mid 40's) Speaking role but should possess a good baritone voice for possible US.
