Police Officer - Grappling with the challenges of the job while examining what it means to 'protect and serve'
Citizen - A citizen whose relationship with the criminal justice system is at odds with their racial identity
Sides will be provided.

Red Door's Season runs throughout the year, performing at multiple venues. Acting contracts are typically 2-4 weeks of rehearsal followed by 1-2 weeks of performances.
OTHER
Founded in 2011, the Mission of The Red Door Project is to leverage the power of stories to change racial ecology. Red Door's
performances include monologues, based on lived experiences, that examine the relationships between communities of color and law enforcement.
An Equity Monitor will not be provided. The producer will run all aspects of this audition.

Equity encourages members to prepare for their audition prior to arriving at the audition venue, to the extent that they can (e.g., get dressed, hair/make-up, etc.) to avoid crowding in bathrooms and dressing rooms.
