11 AM – 5 PM all three days. Bridgeport CT

No scheduled break.

No appointment necessary. The Theatre will run all aspects of these calls. Equity audition procedures will NOT be in effect, and no Equity Monitor will be provided.

Please prepare a brief, heightened-language monologue or a monologue from “Romeo and Juliet”.

Please bring a picture & resume, stapled back-to-back.


Seeking (all roles are available). Eight or nine Equity contracts are available. Some actors may play two roles.


Romeo: A Montague. Young. In love with Juliet, a Capulet.


Juliet: A Capulet. Young. In love with Romeo, a Montague.


Lord Capulet: Juliet’s father.


Lady Capulet: Juliet’s mother.


The Nurse: Juliet’s nurse.


Mercutio: Romeo’s older friend.


Benvolio: Romeo’s best friend.


Friar Lawrence: A Franciscan priest. Friend to Romeo and Juliet.


Paris: An older suitor to Juliet.


Tybalt: A Capulet; cousin to Juliet.
