Kris Kringle – Character man, Baritone, 40+ Kind old man who truly believes he is Santa Claus
Doris Walker – Leading lady, Mezzo 28-45 Smart, attractive, strong no nonsense woman hiding a sentimental side underneath
Fred Gailey – Leading man, Baritone 28 – 45 Handsome, smart attorney with charm and a sense of humor.
Mr. Shellhammer – Comic character man 28- 50 Nervous type. Manager of the Toy Department
Mr. Sawyer – Character man, Baritone 30 -60 Store psychologist. Petty, bitter, with an axe to grind against Kris
Judge Henry Harper – Character man, Baritone 30-60 A serious but easily rattled judge worried about his political future. Knows his civic duty.
