SEEKING
Equity singers. Note: some chorus tracks include principal - 8 actors, several cast in multiple roles, will augment the orchestra with any of the following instruments: flute, trumpet, clarinet, oboe, French horn, violin, cello, guitar, mandolin, lute, harp. Playing must be at moderate – not beginner – level. See breakdown for more info.
PREPARATION
Prepare 32 bars of a song. Bring sheet music in correct key; accompanist will be provided but will not transpose. Director will be attending. Bring picture and resume, stapled together.

BREAKDOWN
This beautiful musical, includes the classic songs, If Ever I Would Leave You; How to Handle a Woman; I Wonder What the King Is Doing Tonight; What Do The Simple Folk Do? and the title song. The story chronicles the fateful myth of magic, love and betrayal from the arrival of the lovely Guinevere to her marriage to King Arthur to the heartbreaking triangle that develops when Arthur’s favorite knight, Lancelot, falls in love with the queen. Will be produced at Capital Rep by a cast of 10 AEA actors, 8 of whom will play multiple roles and be required to play musical instruments.

20s-30s, Tenor. Mordred: Arthur’s illegitimate son with a belly full of vengeance and revenge. Sir Lionel – a knight smitten with Guenevere (This part requires playing any of the instruments listed above)
