Sheena Easton Set for Edgerton Center for the Performing Arts on the Campus of Sacred Heart University on February 14

For a Perfect Valentine 2014, audience members are invited to spend an evening with the award-winning SHEENA EASTON - Live in Concert on Friday, February 14 (2014) at 8pm at The Edgerton Center for the Performing Arts on the Campus of Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut.

Sheena Easton, whose career has spanned the last 40 years, was born in Scotland. Her illustrious recording career has included Gold and Platinum albums. She is the only artist in the history of the US Billboard charts to have a top 5 hit on each of the Billboard's key charts consecutively: "Morning Train" (known as "9-5" in UK) [Pop, Adult Contemporary], "We Got Tonight" w/Kenny Rogers [Country], "Telefone" ("Long Distance Love Affair") [Dance] and "Sugar Walls" [R&B]. Her other pop hits include "For Your Eyes Only," "Strut," "U Got the Look" with Prince, and "The Lover in Me."

In the United States, Easton is a two-time Grammy Award winner with numerous additional Grammy nominations and one Oscar nomination. In addition, she has sold 7 US Gold albums and 1 US Platinum plus over 4 million albums in the US alone, and over 20 million records worldwide. She has recorded 16 studio albums, released 45 singles, and has 15 Top 40 hits on the US Billboard Hot 100 and 25 top 40 hits in international territories around the world.

Easton has worked with such prominent vocalists and producers as Prince, Christopher Neil, Kenny Rogers, Luis Miguel, L.A. Reid and Babyface, Patrice Rushen and Nile Rodgers.

In 2013, Edsel Records (UK) reissued Easton's "You Could Have Been with Me" & "Madness, Money and Music" along with "A Private Heaven" and "Do You" in 2 compact discs packages re-mastered with bonus tracks with the latter including the Extended Version of "Jimmy Mack" that has never been included on any of her reissues.
