It is the resident Quartet of the Metropolitan Museum of art in New York and it has become one of the leading young Chamber groups of the United States. They will perform works by Haydn, Mendelssohn, Beethoven and Bartók.

Quartet for strings No 14 in c minor op. 131
Composed of violinists Amy Schroeder and Keiko Tokunaga, the Nathan Schran violist and cellist Andrew Yee, the attacks Quartet was born at the Julliard School of Music and has been awarded several prizes: first prize in the Chamber music competition of Osaka in 2011, Listener´s Choice Award at the International Chamber music competition in Melbourne in 2011 and the Grand Prize of the annual Alice Coleman Chamber music competition in the 2006.
First prize at the 7th Osaka Chamber music competition in 2011, the "Listener´s Choice Award" winners in 2011 of the Competition International of the music of Chamber of Melbourne, and winners of the "Grand Prize" of the 60th annual competition of the Alice Coleman competition for chamber music in 2006, the internationally acclaimed Attacca Quartet, has become one of the main groups of young people from the United States Chamber. They have recently completed a year of residence as the Resident Quartet of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
They made his professional debut in 2007, when they played in the series of winners of International Artists recitals at Weill Recital Hall in Carnegie Hall room. They recently recorded the complete works for strings by the composer John Adams with the Azica Records discograifca and launched in March 2013 which led them to present the CD with Spain National Orchestra under the baton of the composer, getting a resounding success.
The 2014-2015 season marks his fifth season of an ambitious "68" where the Attacca plays sixty-eight quartets of Haydn in New York and Ontario, as part of a series created and produced by themselves.
The Attacca Quartet has received the great honour in 2013 of the National Federation of Music Clubs Centennial Chamber Music Award, the Arthur Foote Award Association music at Harvard, and the Lotus Award for the arts.
The Attacca Quartet is represented by Christina Baker LLC in collaboration with and Désiree Halac, its representative in Latin America and Spain.
