Peggy Sarlin, who's written for Bette Midler, Patti LuPone, and Disney, will debut her new band at The Metropolitan Room on Wednesday, April 26 at 7 PM.

Theater Pizzazz praised her show as "out-of-the-park wonderful...She's got a gutsy style, but she can croon a ballad as well. She is a charmer onstage connecting with her audience like a good friend."

Peggy will sing original blues-infused songs from her debut album, Friends and Family, and new songs, served with a slice of soul, from the album she is currently recording. Jeff Franzel, a hit songwriter and distinguished pianist, will accompany her, along with Paul Frazier on bass, and Steve Williams on drums.
