Vanessa Marano will take over the official "Switched at Birth" Twitter handle (@ABCFsab) to chat with fans live during the East Coast feed of the show on Monday, February 24th ET/5:00PM - 6:00PM PT. Fans can tweet their questions for Vanessa to @ABCFsab and include the hashtag #SwitchedAtBirthChat in their messages.
