"Switched at Birth" star Vanessa Marano (Bay Kennish) and guest star Marla Sokoloff, who plays Dani, Mike's new girlfriend on "The Fosters," will live tweet with fans during the East Coast broadcasts of the original drama series on ABC Family Monday, February 24th.
