Comedian and podcaster Marc Maron's new scripted comedy series, Maron, premieres Friday, May 3 at 10:00pm ET/PT on IFC. Based on Marc's life and WTF podcast, each half hour episode chronicles Marc's day-to-day struggle to maintain relationships other than the ones with his podcast audience and his beloved trio of cats.

In celebration of the upcoming series premiere on Friday, IFC released the entire second episode of Maron that's now available on IFC.com, iTunes, Amazon, Hulu, YouTube, Facebook, TVE and VOD. Check it out below!

In this new pre-premiere episode aptly titled "Dead Possum," Marc discovers the source of the awful smell that's been stinking up his house. Once Marc's podcast guest Denis Leary calls his masculinity into question, Marc over prepares to remove the dead animal from beneath his house. Amidst the chaos, Marc's mother sets up a meeting between him and a distant family friend, which ends with Marc acquiring an eager-to-please new assistant.

This episode will air on Friday, May 10 at 10:00pm ET/PT on IFC.
