Chicago White Sox star Philip Humber, who threw a perfect game for the team on Saturday, will present the Top Ten List on the LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN, Monday, April 23 (11:35 PM-12:37 AM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Humber will present the Top Ten via satellite from the Oakland Coliseum, where the White Sox will face the Oakland Athletics Monday night.

Humber’s achievement, which helped lead the White Sox to a 4-0 victory Saturday over the Seattle Mariners, was the 21st perfect game in Major League Baseball history and the first in almost two years, since Philadelphia’s Roy Halladay threw one against the Florida Marlins on May 29, 2010. Humber struck out nine and threw 96 pitches in his first career complete game to become the third White Sox pitcher in baseball history to throw a perfect game. He joins Mark Buehrle’s gem against Tampa Bay on July 23, 2009 (Buehrle also presented the LATE SHOW Top Ten on July 27, 2009 after his perfect game), and CharLes Robertson against Detroit on April 30, 1922.

Also visiting the LATE SHOW Monday, April 23 are “How I Met Your Mother” star Jason Segel, author Zach Wahls and musical guests Fun.

The LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN is a production of Worldwide Pants Incorporated. Barbara Gaines, Matt Roberts, Jude Brennan, Maria Pope, Eric Stangel, Justin Stangel and Rob Burnett are the executive producers.
