LIVE with Kelly and Michael Delivers Double-Digit Gains

During the week of January 27, 2014, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the No. 2 Syndicated talk show in Households (3.4 rating), beating "Ellen" for the 6th straight week (3.3 rating). In addition, "LIVE" was the week's 2nd-most-watched syndie talker (4.611 million), behind only "Dr. Phil."

On average for the 2013-14 season to date, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" stands as the No. 2 Syndicated talker in Households (2.9 rating), Total Viewers (3.891 million) and Women 25-54 (1.7 rating - tied with "Dr. Phil").

· Growing for the 2nd week in a row to deliver season highs, "LIVE's Football Frenzy Week" was up over the prior week by 6% in Households (3.4 rating vs. 3.2 rating) and 12% in Women 25-54 (1.9 rating vs. 1.7 rating) to match its highest-rated week since November 2011- since the week of 11/14/11. "LIVE" also drew its 2nd-largest overall audience this season.

· "LIVE" grew over the year-ago week for the 6th week in a row in Households (+21%) and for the 5th consecutive week in Women 25-54 (+12%), while growing its overall audience year over year for the 12th straight week (+25%).
