The Jewish Channel will launch its second season of its popular theater-oriented monthly TV show, ROW J, beginning on Monday, September 21. ROW J is hosted by TJC correspondent Meredith Ganzman. The executive producer is Brian Scott Lipton.

Each episode of ROW J focuses on Broadway and off-Broadway shows, highlighting Jewish themes, actors, writers, and directors. Theater personalities discuss their current projects and careers, alongside reviews of new shows, on-location features with theater community notables, and other special segments.

The September edition of ROW J will include:

* a special sneak preview of the Broadway production of Deaf West's "Spring Awakening," including interviews with Oscar winner Marlee Matlin and Emmy winner Camryn Manheim

* an in-depth interview with Tony Award nominee Steven Boyer of "Hand to God".

* a visit to the workshop of award-winning set designer David Korins, who is currently represented on Broadway by "Hamilton" and is designing the upcoming play "Misery".

* our monthly roundtable, featuring Ganzman along with ROW J contributing critic Jesse Oxfeld, and executive producer Brian Scott Lipton, discussing their current favorite shows, including "Fool for Love," Ripcord," and "The Absolute Brightness of Leonard Pelkey."

* our question of the month, which was posed to numerous cast members and guests at the opening night of "Hamilton," including Jonathan Groff, Christopher Jackson, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Steven Pasquale, Alex Sharp, Phillipa Soo, and Aaron Tveit.

Called a "Jewish HBO" by the New York Times, The Jewish Channel is an award-winning premium cable television channel, available in over 40 millions home nationwide. TJC is one of the most-subscribed-to Jewish media outlets in the country. Watch more ROW J episodes here.
