CBS's SCORPIAN is Monday's Top Drama in Viewers & Key Demos

SCORPION was Monday's #1 drama in viewers and key demographics, retaining most of its premiere audience even with a significantly smaller lead-in than a week ago, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Sept. 29. (L+7 projections follow below).

Compared to the same Monday a year ago, CBS was up +80% in viewers, +38% in adults 18-49 and +50% in adults 25-54.

At 9:00 PM, SCORPION averaged 13.23 million viewers, 3.0/08 in adults 18-49 and 4.1/10 in adults 25-54. SCORPION retained 96% of its premiere audience (from 13.83m), 93% in adults 18-49 (from 3.2) and 91% in adults 25-54 (from 4.5), all with a smaller lead-in.

At 8:00 PM, THE BIG BANG THEORY was first in viewers (16.18m), adults 25-54 (6.0/16) and adults 18-49 (4.7/15). THE BIG BANG THEORY was the night's top broadcast in all key measures.

At 8:30 PM, a rebroadcast of THE BIG BANG THEORY (R) (S) averaged 12.32 million viewers, 3.1/09 in adults 18-49 and 4.2/10 in adults 25-54.

At 10:00 PM, the season six premiere of NCIS: LOS ANGELES averaged 9.44 million viewers, 1.9/05 in adults 18-49 and 2.6/07 in adults 25-54. Compared to the time period a year ago, NCIS: LOS ANGELES was up +37% in adults 25-54 (from 1.9), +27% in adults 18-49 (from 1.5) and added +3.48m viewers (from 5.96, +58%).

For the night, CBS was first in viewers (12.30m), second in adults 25-54 (3.9/10) and adults 18-49 (2.9/08).
