Houston Children's Chorus Coming to The Grand 1894 Opera House, 12/21

The superb acoustics and intimacy of The Grand 1894 Opera House make it the perfect setting for the angelic young voices of The Houston Children's Chorus (HCC). Founded in 1989 and considered one of the top five children's performing ensembles in the United States, HCC has taught over 4,700 children to achieve high artistic standards through choral singing and performance. Under Stephen Roddy's artistic direction, HCC provides a comprehensive music education and performance program for children of diverse cultural and economic backgrounds from the greater Houston area.

The Chorus' "Kids and Christmas Pops Concert" at The Grand will feature more than 100 talented performers, ages 8 to 13 years, singing music from around the world, representing the diverse cultures of the Houston area.
