Zachary Quinto Joins Cast of 20th Century Fox's AGENT 47

Deadline reports that Zachary Quinto has signed on to star in 20th Century Fox's upcoming big screen version of the Hitman video game franchise, AGENT 47. The actor will join previously announced cast member Rupert Friend who will be replacing the late Paul Walker in the title role.

Skip Woods will pen the script for the project with Aleksander Bach rumored to direct. Chuck Gordon, Alex Young and Adrian Askarieh will produce while Daniel Alter will serve as executive producer.

Quinto is currently making his Broadway debut in 'The Glass Menagerie. The actor is best known for playing Spock in both of the J.J. Abrams-directed Star Trek sequels. His TV credits include the role of Sylar on NBC's "Heroes."
