According to Deadline, Seth Rogen, Megan Fox, Danny McBride, Dave Franco, Craig Robinson, Joey King and Horatio Sanz have all signed on for James Franco's new drama ZEROVILLE, based on Steve Erickson's 2007 novel. Jacki Weaver is also in the cast.

Set in 1969, ZEROVILLE centers around a young man who dreams of making it in Hollywood, right around the time independent directors began to trump the previous studio world. He is "a naive loner" who "becomes mistaken for a Manson family member and gets hired as a film editor." Paul Felton and Ian Olds adapted the script.

No word yet on what roles the group of new stars will play.

Rogen's upcoming projects include The Interview, B.O.O.: Bureau of Otherworldly Operations and Sausage Party. Fox just appeared in TEENAGE Mutant Ninja Turtles. McBride will next be seen in Hell & Back, Rock the Kasbah, Don Verdean, Sausage Party and Angry Birds. Dave Franco is working on Unfinished Business and Now You See Me 2 and also recently appeared in 22 Jump Street.

Robinson just finished Hot Tub Time Machine 2 and has Lost in Austin and Sausage Party in the queue. King's upcoming films include Stonewall, Lockheed, Borealis and Oriole Park. She just appeared in The Sound and the Fury and the new TV reboot of Fargo. Sanz will next appear on the big screen in Don Quixote: The Ingenious Gentleman of La Mancha, A Better You and the TV series Murder Police.
