Schulman, Anthony Bregman, Stefanie Azpiazu, Adam Stone and Emily Ziff will produce.

Hoffman's most recent project, The Master, has already met with success at the Venice Film Festival and in its limited run this weekend. The actor will soon appear later this fall in A Late Quartet, and is in filming for the second installment of The Hunger Games trilogy, "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire". Hoffman directed one other feature film, Jack Goes Boating, in 2010.

On Broadway, Hoffman has taken the stage in this year's Death of a Salesman, as well as 2003's Long Day's Journey Into Night and 2000's True West.
