Muli-talented Film, TV and Broadway actress Naturi Naughton is the most recent addition to the cast of Broad Green Pictures' new film, STEP SISTERS (previously titled Ain't No Half Steppin), written by Chuck Hayward ("Cooper Barrett's Guide to Surviving Life," "One Big Happy," "Bent") and directed by Charles Stone (Drumline). In addition to her exciting new film, the Jersey native can also be seen starring in Season 3 of her hit show "Power," set to premiere on Sunday, July 17th at 9:00PM ET/PT.

This season of "Power" will follow Naturi's infamous character, Tasha, as she deals with the ultimate BETRAYAL of her husband, Ghost (Omari Hardwich) and how she navigates her new life as an independent, single woman and mother. "Power" was created by power-house producer/writer Courtney Kemp, executive produced by 50 Cent and is STARZ's highest rated series, averaging 6.9 million viewers an episode.

The upbeat comedy, STEP SISTERS centers on an ambitious black sorority girl who, in order to get admitted to the law school of her dreams, agrees to cross cultural lines and teach the exclusive art of black Greek stepping to a band of wild, party-obsessed white sorority girls whose charter is about to be revoked. The film is currently shooting in Atlanta and is expected to hit theatres in 2017.

About Naturi Naughton Naturi Naughton stars opposite Omari Hardwick in Starz Network's #1 hit series "Power," created by powerhouse producer/writer Courtney Kemp and executive produced by 50 Cent. Season 3 premieres this summer, July 2016. Naturi is a singer and actress best known for her performances as Lil Kim in FOX Searchlight's hit film "Notorious" and her role in MGM's remake of the classic film "Fame". Naughton has starred in various other projects including Warner Bros.' "Lottery Ticket" where she starred opposite Loretta Devine, Ice Cube, Mike Epps, and Bow Wow. On the small screen, Naughton is known for her memorable guest performances on "Mad Men" and "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" and her roles on "The Playboy Club" and "The Client List." She also appeared on Broadway in the Tony Award winning musical, "Hairspray" for three years. Naughton was born and raised in East Orange, New Jersey and attended Seton Hall University. She believes that her faith, tenacity and fearlessness will give her longevity and continue her prosperous career.
