The Addition is saddened by the announcement of the passing of Manhattan Transfer lead singer, Tim Hauser. The club has also announced its new shows and more. Scroll down for details!

Here is a note from the Manhattan Transfer: "We are all deeply saddened at the loss and passing of Mr. Tim Hauser on October 16th. As you know, Tim was the founder of The Manhattan Transfer, a phenomenal artist and musician. In addition, he was a genuine friend, and colleague to us all. Of course, Tim is irreplaceable in our hearts and in music, yet to honor the legacy that he began, The Manhattan Transfer will continue to tour and will perform all of their confirmed shows through 2014 and beyond. To help celebrate Tim's memory and continue the extraordinary musical journey he started, Alan, Janis and Cheryl welcome Trist Curless to the stage. Trist has a long history with the group, having stepped in before, and he's looking forward to joining them for all of their upcoming shows as they share music and their memories with their fans and family."

Manhattan Transfer will perform at The Addition with Trist Ethan Curless, a vocalist and producer who has worked with the likes of Bobby McFerrin and the vocal ensemble, Take 6.
