Emeril travels to Orlando, one of the great visitor destinations in the world. He begins his visit at newly opened Four Seasons Resort Orlando at WALT DISNEY WORLD with a stop at Capa, their signature rooftop restaurant overlooking the Disney property. Next, Emeril travels to Winter Park for a stop at Scratch restaurant for modern American tapas. Then, Emeril travels to East End Market, a food HUB in the city that serves as an incubator for farmers and food artisans who want to start or expand their businesses. Emeril visits with a cheese storeowner, a craft COFFEE SHOP owner and a seven-seat Japanese eatery that is one of the hardest places to get a reservation in the entire city. Inspired by his visit, Emeril prepares another of his Florida seafood favorites, Potato and Florida Lobster Croquette.

Emeril travels to hotspots that are located in downtown areas perfect for starting or ending an evening. The first stop is Meat Market in the heart of South Beach, the quintessential Miami hotspot. Next, Emeril heads to downtown St. Petersburg to The Birchwood Hotel, home to two popular hotspots for creative and elegant dining. Then, Emeril travels to fast-growing downtown West Palm Beach on Florida's east coast to Hullabaloo, an Italian gastropub with twists on Italian classics. Emeril celebrates his journey by preparing a fresh Florida seafood dish, Florida Crab and Corn Cheesecake.

Emeril travels to the southwest Gulf coast of Florida to explore the rising culinary scene in Naples. On his first stop, Emeril goes Italian at Osteria Tulia, one of the hottest restaurants in the Naples area. Emeril's next stop is Mereday's Fine Dining, a waterfront restaurant serving contemporary cuisine based on the freshest and finest available ingredients. His last stop is Pinchers Crab Shack, which is best known for their stone crabs. Emeril then prepares one of his Florida seafood favorites, Crab LOUIE Salad with Florida Greens.
Premiering Sunday, February 22nd at 2:30pmET/11:30amPT - "Farm to Table"
This trip, Emeril explores the "Farm-to-Table" movement in Florida. His first stop is at The Floridian in downtown St. Augustine where the chef has a farming background and actually ran a farmers market prior to opening the restaurant, and uses those experiences to help stay true to the restaurant's farm-to-table philosophy. Next, Emeril travels to Boca Raton to a restaurant big on local sourcing and securing ingredients from local fisherman and farmers. Then, Emeril heads to Miami where he visits an urban farm located right near Miami International Airport. Emeril then prepares a farm-to-table dish of his own, Lettuce Wraps with Tuna, Ponzu, Jalapeno and Sriracha. Debi Mazar has a few close friends that always talk about getting together for dinner, but it seldom happens. Deb finally gets together with three of her best friends, all of whom happen to be of Italian American heritage, Drena De Niro, Kathrine Narducci and Aida Turturro. They meet up at Debi's house and hit the neighborhood for a little shopping. Meanwhile, Gabriele will be hitting a local distillery and a neighborhood honey producer to pick up ingredients for a special cocktail for the girls. Then for dinner, it is all hands on deck as everyone takes turns helping Gabriele cook up some delicious Italian recipes.

For Evelina and Giulia, the best time of year is finally here: the last day of school. While the girls take it in, Debi and Gabriele have one more afternoon to themselves and they decide to use the time to explore the Brooklyn neighborhood Red Hook. They stop by the Red Hook Winery for some wine tasting, and then hit Cacao Prieto to sample and pick up fresh chocolate to use for dessert. They pick up the girls at school and head home to cook a special meal to celebrate the end of school and the beginning of summer.

When they lived in Los Angeles, Gabriele and Debi built a pizza oven in their backyard. The oven gave them many great memories and even more delicious meals! They promised themselves they would build another pizza oven someday, and while the backyard in Brooklyn is pretty tight, their property in Italy is just begging for a pizza oven. Now, the family has just arrived back in Tuscany and Gabriele is eager to get started. While their oven is being constructed, Debi and Gabriele head to Tuscany's historic central market to pick up ingredients for their first pizzas. To christen the oven, they have a big party with family and friends to enjoy some homemade pizzas.
