Your favorite "Kroll Show" characters are dolphinately staying around as Comedy Central has ordered a third season of Nick Kroll's critically-acclaimed sketch pop culture series "Kroll Show," it was announced today by Kent Alterman, President, Content Development and Original Programming, Comedy Central. Executive produced by Kroll, John Levenstein and Christie Smith, the second season airing on Tuesdays at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT is averaging 1.1 million total viewers for its premiere episodes.
"Nick has gone so deep into his characters we're worried about his mental health if we didn't pick-up a third season," said Alterman. "I could not be more excited to begin shooting season three of 'Kroll Show,' added Kroll. "I have already booked my tickets for South Africa!" Joining Kroll in the second season of "Kroll Show" are a roster of well-known actors and comedians including Bill Burr, Andy Daly, Jon Daly, Nathan Fielder, Will Forte, Jon Heder, Pete Holmes,Jason Mantzoukas, Andy Milonakis, John Mulaney, Adam Pally, Jordan Peele, Chelsea Peretti,Katy Perry, Craig Robinson and Jenny Slate, who showcase their comedic abilities when they make guest appearances and add an element of surprise, with fans never knowing who will pop up next. Known for his role as "Ruxin" in the FX comedy "The League," along with his stand-up specials and roles on "Community," "Childrens Hospital," "Parks and Recreation" and "Portlandia," among other credits, Kroll (@nickkroll) is the creator/writer/star of "Kroll Show."
