Offering readers a stress and coping process to help, direct and emotionally heal themselves, Dr. M. L. Nichols presents readers with his classic 2004 book "When Time Doesn't Heal: How to Overcome Loss, Grief, Trauma and PTSD in 30 Minutes or Less" (published by AuthorHouse).

One of the keys of success in Nichols' approach to helping people cope with emotional, traumatic or stressful events in their lives is respecting their privacy. "When Time Doesn't Heal" doesn't need a personal history, and it doesn't keep clinical records. It is a stand-alone process that doesn't even require someone else to administer, supervise, monitor or validate it when applied correctly.

Having successfully implemented this stress and coping process for many people already, Nichols believes his book will be very beneficial to readers because it provides a guide for their own self-coping. When asked what he would like readers to take away from his book, Nichols says, "Help, healing and hope so they can resiliently get on with their lives!"
