Marcus Ryan, the son of Ulysses Tuff, died from a massive heart attack at the age of 32. It was sudden and unexpected. In the aftermath of the loss, the Tuff family was reliant on the strength of Jesus Christ to help them move forward. His son's death inspired Tuff to write "Anchored In Him" (published by WestBow Press) which hopes to help readers foster an in-depth understanding of Jesus Christ.

In this book, Jesus will be seen not only as the Redeemer but also as the Mediator of the covenant. He is always present through the person of the Holy Spirit to give victory in every area of one's life.

"In a world lost to sin and depravity, it is Jesus' desire for you to experience the still waters of life," Tuff points out. "When all hope is gone, we can still anticipate that Jesus Christ is working to restore everything to the condition it was in the beginning before Adam fell."

"Anchored In Him" started out as a topic for a sermon series, but Tuff decided to turn it into a book since he believes so many people need to hear the message and be able to apply its practical concepts to their lives.
