St. Louis

Written as a collection of poems, musings and bits of wisdom, "Two Roads: A Collection of Christian Writings" (published by WestBow Press) is author June King's guide for those seeking a righteous path.

King believes everyone encounters two paths in life: the path leading to joy and virtue, and the path toward a life of shame, regret and anger.

The two paths described by King can be navigated with help from an unwavering trust and solid Christian faith, she says.

"It is easy to read and easy to understand," King says of her book. "It tells the reader that it isn't difficult to be saved. It's really very simple to become a child of God."

An excerpt from "Two Roads":

"Two roads that I can take:
What a difficult decision to make.
'Choose me!' I heard the broad road call.
'Walk down my lane, with its trees so strong and tall.
Don't fear the evil you see along the way.
Follow me; I'll not let you stray.'"
