The name Al Capone brings to mind images of gangsters, Tommy guns and the St. Valentine's Day Massacre. There's no doubt that Capone is one of the most infamous criminals of all time. Then there are the Capones from Boston - respectable, hard-working, devout Catholics. Tom Belton's "Capone Bloodline: A T-Bone Capone Adventure" (published by AuthorHouse) exposes the contrast between these two families in a fast-paced novel that blends fact and fiction.

Belton's grandfather, uncle and cousin are all named Al Capone. His interest in this notorious name inspired him to write "Capone Bloodline." The book follows Boston-based "T-Bone" Capone as he is confronted by danger and threats to his family. He quickly learns that sometimes force is necessary to defend what you love.

An excerpt from "Capone Bloodline":

"Upon entering the hotel garage, Capone's reaction came instinctively. A potential armed robber, brandishing a fire arm, stepped out from behind a pillar, and demanded his money. There was no time to weigh the pros and cons of taking him out. The man had already produced his weapon, making Capone's decision for him. Maybe it was complacency, or maybe it was stupidity, but the would be robber neglected to release the safety on his weapon. In that instant, Capone closed the gap between them."
