Tino Rozzo Announces New Cookbook on SOUTH EAST ASIAN COOKING
From a young age, author Tino Rozzo has been immersed in the cuisine and culture of Southeast Asia. His many treks to Chinatown and other ethnic restaurants in New York City as well as his time spent traveling with his friend, Allen, have shaped his palate as well as his philosophies.
Rozzo pays tribute to the culture and cooking of Southeast Asia in his new cookbook, "South East Asian Cooking" (published by AuthorHouse), which doubles as a guidebook to the region.
"South East Asian Cooking" features many delicious, easy-to-make recipes from Thailand, India, Cambodia, Tibet and other nations of Southeast Asia. Rozzo takes a step-by-step approach that will appeal to novice cooks and professionals alike.
Among the recipes, Rozzo includes personal stories from his global travels and offers his own insights and philosophies of the areas he visits. He hopes to deliver a unique culinary experience to his readers.
"My friends from Asia and here in America contributed to the ideas needed to develop the recipes included," says Rozzo. "No other cookbooks are available with these valuable contributions."
