Two romantically-entangled cops search frantically for a serial killer before he or she kills another child in author Rey N.'s debut novel, "A Dark Mind Without a Heart" (published by Trafford Publishing). Motivated by a sexual attraction, Tony and Melinda begin an illicit affair. While Melinda is falling head over heels for Tony, he ends it abruptly. Melinda is left heartbroken, and she slowly realizes that the serial killer clues may be pointing to Tony himself.

A thriller, noir-styled novel, "A Dark Mind Without a Heart" offers new twists and turns at every chapter as readers join Tony and Melinda in the hunt for the killer. Through this novel, the author hopes readers feel a roller coaster-type excitement while reading.
