Inspired by his desire to help people deepen their knowledge of God and the Scriptures, author Peter Walkemeyer shares an insightful, enlightening book that aims to aid readers in building their faith and in empowering them to live life to its fullest. "Food for Thought" (published by Xlibris AU) is a collection of studies and devotions designed to feed the believer and give them something to think about or meditate on.

This compilation takes the reader on a journey through the Scriptures, touching on many aspects of the Christian life. It aims to motivate and call forth the best qualities in the reader, to challenge them to a deeper devotion to Christ, a greater faith and a life of moral excellence. Containing 90 individual studies that can be used as daily devotions, connect group studies, or personal study guides, this book is designed to feed the reader the Word and stimulate their thinking so that they spend time meditating in the Word, digesting it and gaining their own revelation.

"The Word of God is timeless, but we live in a time when many reject God and the word of God as being of any relevance," author Walkemeyer points out. "It needs business people as well as pulpit ministers to proclaim the relevance and value of the Word and its ability to bring positive outcomes into our lives."

"Food for Thought" serves as an illuminating tool that can guide readers in their growth in faith, hope and love. It reveals how by understanding the power of love, and embracing that power, each reader can make a positive contribution to the future of the world.
