When a Royal Air Force rear gunner mysteriously dies in 1945, the gunner's brother and wife return to the base in the 1980s to learn the whereabouts of his remains and find a cover up in Ronald M Bullock's thriller, "Deadly Daylight Hauntings" (published by AuthorHouse UK).

In the lounge of the Lincolnshire Aviator pub, locals spread rumors about the expected arrival from London of an American couple, which leads to gossip and speculation that the Americans were CIA agents after a dark secret. The truth is far more terrifying. A few days later, four other visitors arrived at the pub: members of the newly formed Paranormal Investigation Project. Under their investigation, the horrifying truth begins to emerge.

Bullock says his novel is different because of "the actual events of the investigation into the rear gunner's death and the assistance given by (a) spirit coming back from the spirit world to help try and stop the horrifying events at the old air base." He adds that readers will enjoy the book because having a paranormal involved creates opportunities for surprises and horrifying events to play out.
