Sea Hill Press Inc. (http://www.seahillpress.com) releases "Julia's Magic Putter," the first in a series of children's sports and outdoor books, written by PGA teaching professional Page O'Brien Jasinski. Sea Hill Press publisher, Greg Sharp, said, "We had been seeking an opportunity to introduce golf to young children, and with Jasinski's positive message, love of animals and unique way of communicating to children, her book was a perfect fit for our company."

"Julia's Magic Putter" supports the youth golf market of approximately 10 million young people interested in or already playing golf at some level. The junior golf market is a vigorous segment of the nearly $70 billion U.S. golf industry, based on statistics from the National Golf Foundation. "Twenty years ago, I was one of the first PGA Pros to start Girls Golf Programs in Central California," says Jasinski. "This children's book has been an exciting way to expand my involvement in youth golf and family golf and share my passion for three of my favorite things - dogs, kids and golf."

Jasinski's children's picture book introduces children to golf through canine characters and fun-loving animals found on the golf course. "Julia's Magic Putter" teaches a child the secret behind every good golfer is "the magic is always within you." Like reading, golf offers children a respite from today's busy, noisy world. Parents and grandparents who play golf can share their connection to golf both on the green and through Jasinski's children's golf book. Jasinski entertains children while introducing them to golf through the illustrations of Santa Barbara artist Peggy Lindt.
