A children's book of fairy stories, Nanna Reef's "Willow Batkin and His Woodland Friends: Stories of a lovable little pixie who is always getting into trouble" (published by AuthorHouse UK) follows the adventures of the lovable little pixie, Willow Batkin. Though Willow always tries to help his friends, something always seems to go wrong.

"They are stories I told to my grandchildren when they were small," Reef says of the book. Her stories also include morals for young readers to learn from.

Even though things may go wrong in the stories in "Willow Batkin and His Woodland Friends," Willow's friends always find it in their hearts to forgive the little pixie because they love him and know he means well.

An excerpt from "Willow Batkin and His Woodland Friends":
And then quite suddenly the wind stopped blowing and poor Willow started to fall because the wind had blown all of his magic dust away. But, fortunately for him he was right over Mr. Owl's oak tree and he landed with a bump right in the top of the tree. He did look funny with his hat over his face and his legs sticking out of the branches.
