The new book "Stop Cancer with Phytotherapy: With 100+ Anti-Cancer Recipes" (published by WestBow Press) from author and physician Benjamin Lau documents the effects of phytotherapy on cancer and how those battling cancer can use phytotherapy to beat the disease.

At its core, phytotherapy is the use of a plant-based diet to heal and restore the body. Lau applies the methods of this therapy to cancer, describing them as "non-toxic chemotherapy." Phytotherapy is believed to kill cancer cells, nourish healthy cells and strengthen immune systems.

Lau, who has published more than 200 articles in various medical journals, has been researching immunotherapy, chemotherapy and phytotherapy for more than three decades. He includes research carried out at Loma Linda University Medical School in Southern California as well as clinical observations from health centers around the globe.

"Stop Cancer with Phytotherapy" compiles all of Lau's research and dedication to help cancer patients practice phytotherapy daily. The book offers more than100 recipes that promote healthy eating and bring powerful nutrients into the body. By making simple diet and lifestyle changes, Lau asserts, patients can live a cancer-free life.
