MORGAN HILL, Calif.

Investment advisor Steve Godwin discusses the ins and outs of stock market investing in his recently released book titled "Protecting Your Money in the Stock Market" (published by Xlibris). He recommends this guide to anyone who wants to better understand the market and, ultimately, become informed investors.

Grounded on the author's 46 years in the markets, "Protecting Your Money in the Stock Market" offers a simple yet effective approach to understanding what drives the market, how to think about the market and how to execute in the market. It presents some of the best ideas that have stood the test of time throughout Godwin's extensive experience in the industry.

The book is current but it also gives a comprehensive 20th century review of what the U.S. and international stock markets have told general public.

"More individuals are investors today than ever before in history," Godwin observes, adding, "There is a desperate need for honesty and openness in teaching individuals about the market. This book is one of a few that tries to tell it like it is."
