GUILFORD, Conn.

Michael Draper, author of the well-received novel, "Splattered Blood," returns to the world of crime fiction and political thrillers with "Three Strikes and You're Dead" (published by Xlibris).

Draper's latest novel is centered on horrific events following a baseball strike. Baseball fans express discontent in the aftermath of the strike but some are taking the situation a bit too far. Among them, a murderous duo known by their online handles, "'The Vindicator' and 'The Advocate' devise a plan whereby The Vindicator begins killing the highest paid baseball players."

The FBI steps in along with a trio of private investigator trainees. They work together to find the killer and to put an end to the grisly crimes. Before long, Investigator Randy Larkin and his team find themselves thrust at the center of a dangerous cat-and-mouse game where losing could mean death.

Packed with action, suspense and political intrigue, "Three Strikes and You're Dead" is a rollercoaster ride into a world gripped by terrorism and fanaticism.
