Positive thinking has the ability to affect many aspects of your life, including friendship, marriage, career and overall health, as revealed in a study of positive thinking from Barbara Fredrickson at University of North Carolina.

For Mariah Brooks, a healing mindset and guidance from the Divine took her from unhappy to living the life of her dreams.

Her new book, "An Exciting Journey to Awakening," was shaped from her own personal journey and channeled through her from the Divine. Having freed herself from suffering, Brooks shares tools, such as Divine messages, affirmations, visualizations and setting intentions, for others to heal and awaken themselves as well.

"Now is the time to rid yourself of old, limiting beliefs and actions that have been holding you back from creating the life of your dreams," Brooks said. "This book offers tools that will help you remember who you truly are."

Brooks' book contains many tools to help individuals feel better emotionally and physically and begin to consider themselves worthy of being healthy, loved and prosperous.

"My hope is that the tools, messages, affirmations and exercises that I share will help others to begin to live a life beyond their wildest dreams," Brooks said.
