Author Ken Freschi reveals the path to spiritual awakening and answers philosophical questions for readers in "Our Walk to Eternity: An Instructional Guide from Spirit Answering the How and Why of Life's Everyday Questions" (published by Balboa Press).

Freschi believes that all souls are spiritual beings on a pre-destined, divine path defined by God. Awareness of this, he says, leads to a new understanding of the trials and tribulations people face in their lifetimes.

Throughout "Our Walk to Eternity," Freschi cites examples of his own personal struggles to further support his beliefs. He describes the messages from deceased persons, spirit guides and God himself that have guided him to living a better, fuller life.

Freschi hopes his book will help readers answer some of the most pressing questions about life and find peace and happiness in God.

"Each of us question at times, what is this life all about and why do we have to go through what we go through," says Freschi. "This book helps to put into perspective why life is the way it is."
