Broadway headliner Hugh Jackman turned to Instagram yesterday to reveal that he has been treated for skin cancer for a fourth time.

The star of stage and screen captioned a post-procedure photo of his bandaged nose (at left): "Another Basel Cell Carsinoma. All out now. Thanks Dr. Albom and Dr. Arian. PLEASE! PLEASE! WEAR SUNSCREEN!" The post marks his third post-op photo in three years, and fourth procedure on his nose.

A representative for Jackman tells PEOPLE the procedure was a success - "He had a basal cell removed [Monday] morning. The margins are clear and he's fine."

BWW sends wishes for a speedy recovery!

Jackman most recently appeared on Broadway in THE RIVER. He will soon be seen on the big screen in EDDIE THE EAGLE. Other film projects include PAN, PRISONERS and X-Men: Days of Future Past and The Greatest Showman on Earth.

Jackman has appeared on Broadway in Hugh Jackman, Back on Broadway, A Steady Rain and The Boy From Oz -- for which he won the 2004 Tony Award -- as well as off-Broadway's Carousel. In 2012, Jackman was honored with a Tony Award Special Award for Extraordinary Contribution to the Theatre Community.
