Gerald E. Moutra is a God-fearing man and genuine believer. His faith, together with his extensive experiences, as a nurse, personal fitness trainer, bodybuilder consultant, CPR instructor, vascular and cardiovascular technologist, and even as a skilled auto-mechanic, all enabled him to pen a constructive and helpful book for all readers. Of course, this entrepreneur would not be well-rounded if his days consisted of the proverbial all work and no play. In his limited free time, he managed to train for and complete two marathons and has honed his musical gifts. He plays both the tenor saxophone and the piano and keyboard. He is the proud father of two children; his most recent is a son born in July 2007.
