Gil Martin Releases ICE WARS

Gil Martin practically grew up around the rivalry between the New York Rangers and New York Islanders. It was his introduction to the sport and some of the best and most intense ice hockey moments he has ever seen. The rivalry brought out the best in the players on both teams and repeated playoff meetings in the 70s and 80s took it up another notch. Such rivalry in professional ice hockey inspired him to write "Ice Wars: The Complete Story of New York's Greatest Modern Sports Rivalry" (published by AuthorHouse).

This book reviews every regular season and playoff game played between the New York Rangers and New York Islanders from 1972-2016.
