In his Spanish-language self-help book, "El arte de convivir en sociedad y evitar el reachazo: Maneras practicas para evitar ser excluido, el comportamiento ideal, para siempre ser aceptado" (published by iUniverse), which will be featured at the 2013 Guadalajara Book Fair, author Francisco J. Palacios teaches readers how to modify their behaviors, shed frustration and achieve their goals.

"El arte de convivir en sociedad y evitar el reachazo" looks closely at problems in social behavior and human interaction. It offers readers an understanding of the problems, and Palacios provides guidance on how to handle and avoid the problems through a change in attitude. He describes the book as a course in psychology practice that helps people develop charisma and grace, tools he believes lead directly to the achievement of goals and social acceptance.

"There are countless situations and examples of everyday life where it is possible to show why we persist in states of immobilizing anxiety and despair," Palacios says. "And that is where our behavior is not the best. We can change that with our attitude."
