Erika Kind Releases I'M FREE

According to the World Health Organization, 350 million people worldwide suffer from depression and experience feelings of worthlessness and hopelessness.

Erika Kind's new book, "I'm Free: Awareness of Who You Are By Discovering Who You Are Not," addresses these feelings and helps readers understand their meaning in life through fostering their personal value and confidence.

"I'm Free" is a four-part guide to take readers from unconsciousness to consciousness. Kind covers subjects such as who we really are, the origin of our fears, ways to break free of whatever is holding us back and affirmations for a positive way of thinking.

About the author
Erika has a practice for aromatherapy and self-development and also works as a singer. She was born in Vienna, Austria, in 1970. Today she lives with her husband and their three children in the Principality of Liechtenstein in the heart of Europe. "I'm Free" has been published in German and Kind is the author of a poetry book with the German title "Wie das Leben schreibt..."
