A photograph of a dog wearing a cap inspired author Arfer Apple to write a humorous tale about this domesticated animal considered to be a man's best friend. Last February he published "Boof A Quirky Dog's Tale" (published by Xlibris AU), a story about a dog living a subdued lifestyle. A new marketing campaign is launched for this book.

Living a quiet life in a home he share with his master Bill Wayland, life for Boof, an intelligent dog is getting to be pretty boring. He formed a gang of dogs in the street and was elected as their leader. The garden under the apple tree is where they hold their daily meetings to try and put their world straight. Little did their dysfunctional owners know, these dogs' lives a life full of sex, drugs and of course fights over a bowl of dog biscuits. These are the adventures of the dog gang of the century in a real dog's world.

"My book will appeal to readers because everybody loves dogs," says Apple. "Dogs play a leading part in everyday life and there is no other book like it."

A unique dog story full of fun, laughter and excitement, "Boof A Quirky Dog's Tale" will bring readers the comical world of dogs.
